According to a photo posted on the Twitter page of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC), some residents of a local community in Oyo State, tied tortoise to an electric pole to scare officials of the electricity company away.
The controversial photo which emerged online few hours ago, has since gone viral, and is being trailed with mixed reactions and wild criticisms.
